Batley Central Methodist Church has a regular pattern of evening worship that includes the opportunity to experience different kinds of worship. In the Brimer Hall, on the first Sunday of each month at 7.00pm we have “Something Different”, which offers the opportunity for a less traditional style of worship. It may include “something different” including more reflective and meditative worship, some discussion, hymns and worship songs but the preacher is invited to bring "Something Different". On the third Sunday of each month at 7.00pm in the Brimer Hall, we usually have “Sunday @ 7” which is worship of a more contemporary style and may include drama, Bible readings, an address and more contemporary songs. On all other Sunday evenings in the month there is a traditional Evening Service in the church at 6.00pm. However, on Sunday 10th February at 6.00pm, as well as celebrating the sacrament of Holy Communion this service will also offer the opportunity for the ministry of healing and wholeness. It will be led by Rev Deborah Wainwright. The preacher will be Rev John Trevenna.  All are welcome."
