Each breath

When you rose out of bed and breathed-in the morning air today, something miraculous happened. The air you breathed was cleaned and purified by the trees and plants that you see all around you. It is their work that allows you to have a good supply of oxygen to keep you alive.

There is a delicate balance that God has put in place. We humans and other animals breathe out CO2 carbon dioxide and the trees and plants use the CO2 along with water and the energy from the rays of sunlight to make the oxygen we need to live.

So each breath is filled with a carefully thought out and planned system of life.

Every morning when we rise and take our first breath of our waking day, we should be reminded of the God who created it all and placed everything in balance.

"For in him all things in heaven and on earth were created, things visible and invisible" Colossians 1:16
